About Virosil Pharma
Virosil Pharma is a revolutionary, eco-friendly, non-toxic disinfectant and fumigant (aerosol) for use in pharmaceutical companies.
Virosil Pharma is a patented formulation manufactured in India in technical collaboration with Sanosil AG of Switzerland. The formulation is approved by the German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology, Food & Drug Administration (MS), Public Health Department of Switzerland and by various other Healthcare Departments of Western Europe, Australia and the Middle East.

- Aerial Fumigation
Virosil Pharma has been the ideal choice of the users for replacing Formalin Formaldehyde Fumigation.
Concentration: 20% (for 1000 cu. ft. area to be fumigated with ULV fogger — i.e. 200 ml of Virosil Pharma in 800 ml DM water to be sprayed for 30 min).
Contact Time: One hour, after which the area will be sterile.
- Surface Disinfection
Apply 5% solution of Virosil Pharma on floors, walls, tables and linen.
- Instruments Disinfection
Dip the instruments in a 10% solution.
- Resin and Filter Disinfection
Dip in a 1% to 3% solution to control foul odour & contamination.
- Storage Tank Disinfection
Spray the surfaces of the tank with 5% solution.
- Laundry Disinfection
Wash with 10% solution.
- Air-Conditioning Systems
Apply as per recommendation.

 Sanosil Biotech is the first company in India to pioneer the novel concept of eco-friendly fumigation. The company has great respect for human health and the environment. Virosil Pharma has proved to be effective in controlling aerial bacteria and fungus present in sterile rooms for injectables, formulations and tablet manufacturing facilities.
An area of 1,000 cubic feet can be completely sterile within 60 minutes of spraying without causing any irritation to the eyes, nose and skin – unlike conventionally used formulations.
The recommended ULV fogger gives a very fine mist which allows the formulation to be suspended in the atmosphere for a longer period of time, guaranteeing a 100% kill rate on all air-borne bacterias and fungus.
Virosil Pharma is also very effective in disinfection of all critical surfaces that come in contact with pharma products. Instruments, bottles and caps can be easily disinfected using a 5% solution.
There is no requirement to re-wash equipments and surfaces disinfected with Virosil Pharma since it is H2O2 based and decomposes into water and oxygen.
